Our RV Park is on the river and flooding is possible during monsoon season, June-August months. The Village of Ruidoso is VERY proactive about warning visitors and residents of flood risks. PLEASE HEED FLOOD WARNINGS AND BE PREPARED TO EVACUATE FROM THE RV PARK OR ANY PROPERTY ALONG THE RIVER OR NEAR A BURN SCAR - The "Cattle Baron" restaurant is across Sudderth Dr and is a safe place during a flooding event. Please listen for emergency air horn sirens and sign-up for emergency texts by texting "88345" to 38276.

After last year's flooding, we lost on our-site home and are unable to offer assistance backing-in and hooking-up at this time. If the park is at capacity, additional vehicles will not be allowed to park on-site. Additional parking is in front of the cabin or office area. Extra vehicles cannot be parked in/in front of sites.

During Holiday week/weekends, we have a minimum of a two-night stay in the RV park. Our cabin rentals always require a two-night minimum. These minimums help keep our prices low in a very competitive industry.
One queen size bed,with a kitchenette, bathroom and porch. Two guest maximum. One-time $70.00 cleaning fee added to each reservation. Two night minimum required. $50 pet fee if bringing a pet - 2 pet max.
